Once the incredible angling was discovered on this trophy class lake, the state’s savvy anglers and resort owners teamed up to maximize time on the water. There are 18 seasonal units that will keep the winter cash flow coming while paying their annual fees to the new owner. Some of these units have been there since the 70’s. Lodge
Main Lodge is a blend of 3.2 and set-ups which bring the fisherman in to swap some lies and it family orientated enough to make sure of that comfort level during the summer vacation times. Soft Drinks, pizza, ice cream, and snacks are always on sale. The main office for doing business is open during daytime hours with a lounge area, big screen tv and a relaxing atmosphere for your guests.
Buildings & Grounds
Protected Harbor and Bait House are present on most of the big lake resorts and this one is built to serve the guests and fisherman who bring their own boats or rent one from the lodge. Dockhands keep the docks clean, the bait house open for business and the sandy beach groomed and ready for the kids for summer swimming.
Expandable Acreage is present and it is probably needed. Minnesota Resorting and Minnesota Fishing have been here for decades with the last few years seeing a nice moderate growth pattern. This extra acreage could be used for a variety of business plans in this solid lodges future.
