Cabins
This Resort is currently run by just a husband and wife team. The operation consists of 4 authentic log cabins that were used by loggers in the early 1900’s. All of the cabins have been completely modernized with electric baseboard heat, air conditioning, flat screen TV’s with DIRECTV and Wi-Fi throughout the entire Resort. Each cabin also has newer appliances, beds, futons, windows, fire ring, picnic tables, outside deck and much more. They are a far cry from the conditions endured by the loggers over 100 years ago!
Lodge
The Lodge is a very nice multi-purpose building. This 3 level building contains an incredible Owners home with 2 bedrooms and 2 full baths, 3 season porch for the owners to relax and look out over the lake, vaulted ceilings, fireplace, completely remodeled throughout.
Also within this building is the Office & Lodge on the lower level. It is a perfect setup to manage the guests and provide them a great place to stop in and spend some time and money. An outside deck gives guests an option to sit outside and enjoy the atmosphere.
Buildings
The final component of this building is another rental unit known as the “Studio”. This is a year round facility, so this one rental can be used throughout the Winter as well. It is fully equipped as the other cabins are.
Additional structures on the Resort are a Versa-Tube building that has a workshop on one side and a garage on the other, fish cleaning house, storage shed that holds the lawn equipment & a small game room, a portable storage garage & a small storage shed down near the sandy swimming beach that contains the water toys, etc…
This entire Resort sits on just over 4 acres and has nearly 500’ of lakeshore. There is a tremendous amount of green space and room to add 1 more cabin. It’s a nice Resort operation. There is a substantial inventory that is included to operate this Resort
This Resort is worth taking a look at for many reasons. The Owners have gradually built the books and cashflow up and there is still plenty of growth that a new owner can expect.
